The Impact of BEE on Shift-Africa

BEE stands for Black Economic Empowerment. This program is put in place by the South African Government, to reconcile South Africans and redress the inequalities of the past.

BEE is intended to stimulate the process of participation of previously disadvantaged groups, through skills development and education, to increase economic growth. Many companies have certain departments to give back ,in a small way, to communities. At Shift-Africa we have made it our primary focus. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond ,for previously disadvantaged members of our society. Shift-Africa trains and educates members of local communities, to reach a sustainable level of development.
